Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Kumon franchise centers’ entire development including the quality assurance and operation standards
- Advise & follow up with our franchisee student recruitment and retention
- Establish and maintain the long-term relationship with our franchisee
- Maintain the sustainable growth of student numbers
- Handle any ad hoc initiatives and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder or above
- With 2-4 years work experience in customer service field is an advantage
- Willing to work on weekends
- Love children, with good interpersonal skill and well-organized
- Mature and proactive team player with detail-mindset
- Able to multi-task and work independently
