Area Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the development of Kumon franchisees, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards and operational guidelines
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with franchisees
  • Motivate and support franchisees to achieve targets in student enrolment, retention, and instructional goals
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans and initiatives to drive student progress and business growth
  • Resolve conflicts and deliver effective business solutions, working closely with the franchisee and team leader
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Kumon brand in promotion

 

What you will bring

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a customer service role (advantageous but not essential)
  • A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with organisational abilities
  • A mature, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • The ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems effectively
  • Willingness to work weekends when required
