Key responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the development of Kumon franchisees, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards and operational guidelines
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with franchisees
- Motivate and support franchisees to achieve targets in student enrolment, retention, and instructional goals
- Develop and implement tailored support plans and initiatives to drive student progress and business growth
- Resolve conflicts and deliver effective business solutions, working closely with the franchisee and team leader
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
- Act as a positive ambassador for the Kumon brand in promotion
What you will bring
- A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline
- 2–4 years’ experience in a customer service role (advantageous but not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with organisational abilities
- A mature, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- The ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems effectively
- Willingness to work weekends when required
