Macau July Trial Classes Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. is the organizer of the event Kumon “Trial Classes and July Enrolment Discount” Promotion (“Event”).
Target: Kumon new students and current students (“Participant”)
Event Period: 21 June 2025 – 20 July 2025 (“Event Period”)
Trial Classes Registration Period: 21 June 2025 – 16 July 2025
Trial Classes Period: 21 June 2025 – 20 July 2025
Location: Kumon education centres in Macau region
Applicable Subjects: Mathematics, English (ERP/EFL) or Chinese (number of trail subject is not limited)
Event Details:
During Event Period, any new students or current students (limited to experience other new subjects) can register for two Kumon trail classes at a promotional price of MOP150 per subject at the designated time in Kumon education centres. Participants can learn about the homework arrangement between the two trail classes from the Kumon instructors (“Instructor”).
After the trial classes, students who enroll in the regular Kumon Program (subjects that have been experienced) in the same Kumon centre within July can enjoy a tuition fee reduction of MOP200 per subject by presenting the receipt of the Kumon trial classes.
Participants who choose the Kumon Connect tablet learning method can get a MOMAX stylus pen for free after the tuition fee payment of July Kumon Program enrolment.
All offers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of any dispute, the organizer and Instructor reserve the right of final decision.
Trial Classes Registration Procedure:
After completing and submitting the registration via “Kumon e-Enrollment System”, parents will receive contact from the instructor within three to five working days for further arrangements, such as Parents’ Orientation and student’s Diagnostic Test. Failure to attend at the designated time will be considered as a waiver.
Parents are suggested to watch the video via this link (youtube.com/watch?v=SYXbGjLaXRc)in order to understand the features and the study flow of the Kumon Method.
Instructor will make appointments with parents for the Diagnostic Test of students. Instructor will explain the test results and assign the most appropriate starting point and study progress for the student. Trial classes will be arranged after reaching a consensus with parents.
You are considered successful at the event registration only after the final confirmation from the instructor. Participants who successfully register at the event will be deemed to be agreed and an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreed to follow the arrangement from the instructor.
Trial Classes Arrangement:
During the event period, students are required to attend the trial class punctually, Instructor will provide respective homework to students. There will be no make-up trial class if the student is absent due to personal reasons.
Regular Kumon Program Registration after the Trial Classes:
After the trial classes, students must enroll in the regular Kumon Program (subjects that have been experienced) in the same Kumon centre within July and parents must present the receipt of the Kumon trial classes to enjoy the tuition fee reduction of MOP200 per subject.
If students and parents wish to enroll in the Kumon Program in another Kumon centre, they are required to join the Parents’ Orientation and the Diagnostic Test in the specified centre which they wish to enroll in and allow the instructor of the specified centre to have a better understanding about the learning abilities of the student and the expectation of the parents.
MOMAX Stylus Pen Distribution:
Participants who choose Kumon Connect tablet learning must continuously use Kumon Connect for at least one month in July to receive a free MOMAX stylus pen. Each Participant who meets the criteria for receiving MOMAX stylus pen is only eligible to receive one stylus pen. Current Kumon Connect students are not eligible for this offer. Model of MOMAX stylus pen: Momax Mag. Link Pop Active Capacitive Stylus. The colour of the stylus pen will be distributed randomly. Students cannot request to change the model or colour of the stylus.
The MOMAX stylus pen cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. Organizer and respective Kumon Instructor shall not be responsible for any consequences due to the use of any gifts. If the gift includes usage terms, Participants are advised to pay attention to related usage terms and conditions.
If Participants do not enroll and choose Kumon Connect tablet learning in the regular Kumon Program after the trial classes, they must return any MOMAX stylus pen borrowed from the Kumon education centre.
Other Terms and Conditions:
The Organizer reserves the right to final acceptance of registration to this Event. In events, including but not limited to, the provision of false information, or does not follow the registration procedure, the Organizer reserves the rights to deprive any Participant of participating. If the Organizer finds any false information or concealment of information at any time, fraud, or any other violation of terms and conditions, Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify the Participant from participating in and receiving the gifts.
By participating in the Event, Participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes are applicable to new and existing Participants.
In case of any dispute, Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. and Kumon instructors reserve the right of final decision. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
