Kumon “Summer Intensive Program” Terms and Conditions

1. Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd. is the organizer of the event “Kumon Summer Promotion” (“Event”) 

2. Target: Kumon new students (“Participant”) 

3. Event Period: 29 April 2025 – 30 June 2025 (“Event Period”) 

    First Phase: 29 April 2025 – 31 May 2025 

    Second Phase: 1 June 2025 – 30 June 2025 

4. Location: Kumon education centres in Hong Kong region 

Event Details: 

5. During Event Period (including the first and second phases), any new students who successfully enrolls in the “Summer Intensive Program” can enjoy the related offers of this Event after parents sign to confirm this Terms and Conditions. Offers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

5.1 First Phase (29 April 2025 – 31 May 2025) 

Participant who enrolls in the first phase must complete all enrollment procedures and pay the reservation fee between 29 April 2025 – 31 May 2025, in order to enjoy the following four offers.

Participants can enroll Kumon course for July, August 2025 at a discounted price and enjoy 12 lessons.

McDonald’s Gift Vouchers (total value at HK$60) for free

Participants enrolling in the Summer Intensive Program during the first phase have to pay a reservation fee of HK$500 and an administrative fee of HK$200 in advance. The HK$500 reservation fee can be deducted as tuition fee when the Participant starts the Summer Intensive Program. If Participants decide not to attend or cancel their attendance for the Summer Intensive Program after paying the above fees, these fees will not be refunded. Participants may not transfer the paid fees to any other students, nor may they use the paid fees to deduct as other monthly tuition fees or any other fees/expenses 

5.2 Second Phase (1 June 2025 – 30 June 2025) 

Participant who enrolls in the second phase must complete all enrollment procedures and pay the tuition fee between 1 June 2025 – 30 June 2025, in order to enjoy the following two offers.

Participants can enroll Kumon course for July, August 2025 at a discounted price and enjoy 12 lessons.

Choose Kumon Connect tablet learning method to get a MOMAX stylus pen for free 

Participants enrolling in the Summer Intensive Program during the second phase have to pay an administrative fee of HK$200. 

6. All fees are not refundable for any reason. Participants may not transfer their classes to any other student. If the Participant is absent from class for any reason, including bad weather, there will be no make-up classes or refunds. 

7. All lessons of the Summer Intensive Program must be completed by 31 August 2025. If Participants are unable to complete all lessons by this date, the tuition fee paid will not be refunded and not allow to deduct as other monthly tuition fees or any other fees/expenses, all remaining lesson(s) may not be transferred to any other student. Regardless of the number of lessons Participants are unable to complete, the Organizer and the education centre which the Participant enrolled in reserve the right to refuse to arrange any make-up lesson after 31 August 2025. 

8. Arrangement of the Gifts: 

8.1 The Organizer will verify Participant’s student information and distribute the gifts to eligible Participants by the end of August.

8.3 Regardless of the number of subjects Participants enroll in, each Participant is entitled to only McDonald’s Gift Vouchers (total value at HK$60) and one SKECHERS Regular-Priced Kids’ Footwear 30% off discount coupon. All gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

8.4 Participants who choose Kumon Connect tablet learning must continuously use Kumon Connect for at least one month during the Summer Intensive Program to receive a free MOMAX stylus pen. Each Participant who meets the criteria for receiving MOMAX stylus pen is only eligible to receive one stylus pen. Current Kumon Connect students are not eligible for this offer. Model of MOMAX stylus pen: Momax Mag. Link Pop Active Capacitive Stylus. The colour of the stylus pen will be distributed randomly. Students cannot request to change the model or colour of the stylus. 

8.5 All gifts cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash. Organizer and respective Kumon Instructor shall not be responsible for any consequences due to the use of any gifts. If the gift includes usage terms, Participants are advised to pay attention to related usage terms and conditions.

9. The Organizer reserves the right of final acceptance of registration to this Event. In events, including but not limited to, the provision of false information, or does not follow the registration procedure, the Organizer reserves the rights to deprive any Participant of participating. If the Organizer finds any false information or concealment of information at any time, fraud, or any other violation of terms and conditions, Organizer reserves the rights to disqualify the Participant from participating in and receiving the gifts. 

10. By participating in the Event, Participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to revise this Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes are applicable to new and existing Participants. 

11. In case of any dispute, Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd. and Kumon instructors reserve the right of final decision. In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.
