Terms and Conditions for the Referral Promotion

The Referral Promotion (the ‘Program’) is organized by Kumon Hong Kong Co., Ltd. (the ‘Organizer’).

By participating in the Program, participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes are applicable to new and existing participants.

Terms and Conditions

The Program is valid from 6^th June 2024 to 19^th July 2024 (inclusive) (the ‘Promotion Period’).
The Program is available in every Kumon Education Centres in HK. Referrer must be a parent of a current student (‘the Referrer’). Referee’s child must enroll at a Kumon Education centre in HK on June or July 2024 to be eligible for the P
Contents:
During Promotion Period, for each successful referral of a new enrollment student (both full-month and half-month enrollments on June or July are eligible) to join at Kumon Education Centre, the Referrer will receive HK$200 e-Gift voucher. If the Referrer successfully refers two new enrollment students, the Referrer will receive HK$400 e-Gift vouchers, and so on without any upper limit.

Eligibility for the Program:
- The Referrer must be a parent of a current student of Kumon Hong Kong (‘the Referrer’).
- Child must have been enrolled for at least two months before the Referrer is eligible to refer (not including the parent referring his/her child to enroll in new subject).
- The Referee must be a parent of a child who has not joined, or has withdrawn from all subjects for at least 3 months from Kumon (parent of a new enrollment) (‘the Referee’).
To participate in the Program:
- During the Promotion Period, the Referee shall visit the Kumon centre in person to complete the enrollment procedures, register through the online enrollment system to enroll June or July ‘s course, and inform the Referrer about the Referrer’s full name in Chinese/English as well as the phone number provided during their enrollment
- Upon enrollment, the Referee must attend the Parents Orientation organized by the Kumon centre to further understand the learning methods.
- The Referee’s child must also undergo a diagnostic test for the enrolled subject to allow the instructor to observe and analyze the child’s abilities.

Award Distribution:
- After the Referee successfully enrolled, the Referrer should register both Referrer and Referee’s information online, information including: Student name, name of current studying cent parent contact information (parent should confirm the phone have WhatsApp function to receive the award).
- The Organizer will verify the information of the Referrer and the Referee. After the Referee has successfully enrolled for June or July, the Organizer will distribute HK$200 e-Gift voucher to the Referrer & Referee through WhatsApp. The Referrer & Referee must collect the e-Gift voucher within one month of being notified, otherwise they will become void and cannot be re-issued.

We reserve the right of final acceptance of registration. In events, including but not limited to, of provision of false information, or does not follow the registration procedure, we reserve the rights to deprive any participant of participating. If the Organizer finds any false information or concealment of information at any time, fraud, or any other violation of terms and conditions, we reserve the rights to disqualify both the Referrer and the Referee from participating and receiving the award.
The Organizer will implement strict and proper management measures to ensure the personal information of the Referrer and the Referee is securely protected.
Kumon HK Co., Ltd. reserves the final right of interpretation for the Program. In case of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the final decision.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
