KUMON Welcome Rewards — Terms & Conditions 

1. Organizer

• This promotion is organized by Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd (applicable to HK region) / Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. (applicable to Macao region) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Organizer”). 

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion period is from August 21, 2026, to September 20, 2026 (both days inclusive). 

3. Target Eligibility and Promotion Details

【New Student Registration Offer】 

• Eligibility: New students who newly enroll in Kumon September 2026 courses. 

• Offer: Upon successful enrollment and payment of the relevant tuition fees, students will enjoy a registration fee waiver of HKD $200 (applicable to HK region) / MOP $205 (applicable to Macao region). 

• Terms & Conditions: 

• • Each new student can enjoy this registration fee waiver once only. 

• • The offer is only applicable to brand-new students enrolling in Kumon September 2026 courses for the first time. Current students adding new subjects are not eligible for this offer. Student’s eligibility is subject to the record of the Organizer. 

【Current Student Referral Reward】 

• Eligibility: Current students (Referrer) who enrolled in Kumon courses on or before August 2026 and are currently studying. 

• Offer: During the promotion period, for every friend (Referee) successfully referred to enroll in September 2026 courses, the referrer will receive a supermarket coupon (value at HKD$100, applicable to HK region / MOP $100, applicable to Macao region). The more you refer, the more rewards you get, with no upper limit! 

• Terms & Conditions: 

• • The referee must be a brand-new student enrolling in September 2026 courses; additional subject enrollments by current students are not eligible. Student’s eligibility is subject to the record of the Organizer. 

• • Instructors of each Kumon Education Center will provide an online form for parents of referrers (current students) to fill in details (including: Referrer’s Name, Student ID, Parent’s Phone Number, and Current Center; as well as Referee’s Name, Parent’s Phone Number, and Enrolled Center). 

• • Reward (supermarket coupon) cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other gifts, or transferred to others. 

• • The issuance and collection method of coupons are subject to verification and WhatsApp notification sent by the Organizer during October 2026. 

• • Coupons are expected to be distributed by the instructor of the referrer’s Kumon education center by November 2026 at the latest. 

• • The use of coupons is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective issuer. The Organizer and Kumon education centers assume no legal liability regarding the quality or services of the coupons. 

4. General Terms & Conditions

1. Accuracy of Information: Participants must ensure that all personal information provided is true, accurate, and complete. If eligibility cannot be verified due to incomplete or inaccurate information, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving the reward.

2. Right to Amend: The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, as well as amending these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    
3. Dispute Resolution: 

• • Participation in this activity deems the participant to have understood and agreed to abide by all Terms & Conditions. 

• • The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such amendments shall apply to both new and existing participants. 

• • In case of any dispute, the Organizer and Instructors of Kumon Education Centers reserve the right of final decision. 

• • In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
