Terms and Conditions

1. Kumon Hong Kong Co. Ltd. (Applicable to Hong Kong region) / Kumon Macao Co. Ltd. (Applicable to Macao region) is the Organizer of the event “Kumon Unlock Triple Rewards 2025” (“Event”)
2. Target: Kumon new students or current Kumon students enroll another subject(s) (“Participant”)
3. Event Period: 21 November 2025 – 17 December 2025 (“Event Period”)
4. Location: Kumon education centres in Hong Kong and Macao region

5. Participants who successfully enroll in the full month or half month of Kumon courses for December 2025 will receive one additional free class for every subject they enroll in, as well as a Philips desk lamp valued at HKD 398. Additionally, students who choose Kumon Connect tablet learning and meet the eligibility criteria will receive one MOMAX stylus pen.
6. All fees are non-refundable for any reason. Participants may not transfer their classes to another student. If the participant is absent from class for any reason, including inclement weather, no make-up classes or refunds will be provided.
7. Participants shall complete aforesaid additional free class by the end of December. In case of special circumstances, please discuss the arrangements with respective Kumon instructor. Kumon instructor and Kumon education centre reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the arrangement.
8. Parents of participants must attend the Parent Orientation hosted by the Kumon education centre to better understand the Kumon learning method. Participants are also required to undergo a diagnostic assessment for the subjects they wish to enroll in, allowing instructors to observe and analyze the child’s abilities.
9. Arrangement of the Gifts:
   9.1 Each participant is eligible to receive only one Philips desk lamp (Model: 66278 P1 LED desklamp).
   9.2 The Philips desk lamps will be distributed to Participants through Kumon education centers no later than February 2026.
   9.3 For maintenance or any issues related to the Philips desk lamp, please contact the Philips Lighting after-sales service department:

   9.4 The maintenance period for the Philips desk lamp is one year, starting from the date indicated by the instructor on the warranty card. Lost items will not be replaced. In case of any disputes, the Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision.
   9.5 Participants who choose Kumon Connect tablet learning must use Kumon Connect for at least one month during the Event to receive a free MOMAX stylus pen. Each participant who meets the eligibility criteria is entitled to receive only one stylus pen. Current Kumon Connect students are not eligible for this offer. The model of the MOMAX stylus pen is the Momax Mag. Link Pop Active Capacitive Stylus. The color of the stylus pen will be distributed randomly. Students cannot request to change the model or color of the stylus.
   9.6 The Organizer and respective Kumon instructor shall not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of any gifts. If a gift includes specific terms of use, participants are advised to carefully review the related terms and conditions.

10. The Organizer reserves the right of final acceptance of registration for this Event. In cases including, but not limited to, the provision of false information or failure to follow the registration procedure, the Organizer reserves the right to deny any Participant from participating. If the Organizer discovers any false information, concealment of information, fraud, or any other violation of the terms and conditions at any time, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participant from participation and from receiving any gifts.
11. By participating in the event, participants are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will apply to both new and existing participants.
12. In the event of any dispute, the Organizer and Kumon instructors reserve the right to make the final decision. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
