Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and execution of marketing strategies to achieve business goals;
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
- Develop visual outcomes and design materials for various activities and Kumon centres;
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns both online and offline;
- Work closely with functional teams and liaise with internal/external parties in the coordination of marketing strategy;
- Monitor and review result, prepare reports for ongoing improvements and budget planning;
- Supervise and support colleagues’ work and assist for problem-solving
- Undertake ad hoc marketing projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree holders in Marketing, public relationship or related discipline;
- Minimum 5-8 years related working experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing, familiar with social media (including Facebook, Instagram and WeChat);
- Proficiency in Mac operation with excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred, familiarity with WordPress platform is a plus;
- Good Command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- A good team player with solid interpersonal and problem-solving skill.
- Detailed-oriented, proactive, independent and with critical thinking.
- Passion for education; Candidate who studied Kumon would be an absolute advantage.
