Duties
- Identify opportunities for strategic expansion of Kumon centre network in Hong Kong
- Recruit like-minded people to become Kumon instructors
- Organize instructors’ recruitment orientation
- Liaise with external parties to handle various franchise, renovation and licensing related matters
- Assist prospective instructors in site searching and tenancy negotiation as well as finalizing rental agreement
- Ensure the centre set up according to Kumon’s requirement and standard
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline
- With 2-3 year working experience; candidate with less experience but has enthusiasm for education industry or Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
- With knowledge in franchising or business development is preferred
- Able to work independently and under pressure
